Margaret Salazar is caring, cheerful, positive, patient, very considerate. I like her personality.We saw properties and one that was about 600 acres. It took forever to navigate through the ranch. I appreciate how even with all that time and taking us through, she was happy to answer all our questions, and let us out to see the property.I didn't want to ask to stop because I felt we already took a lot of her time and energy. But she'd keep asking, "Do you want to stop and look around?"She made sure we were hydrated and had snacks.Thank you Margaret!!

Olga Pernik from this office was recommended as an agent specializing in Monterey Bay area, where we wanted to buy a vacation house, and we're very happy she was available to work with us. She has the expertise and local knowledge along with great personality that makes it extremely easy and pleasant to work with her. We weren't really sure what we wanted and Olga listened carefully and was very patient helping us sort through different options and narrow down suitable properties. She was very responsive to our numerous questions (email, phone, sms etc.) at all hours of the day. In the challenging Covid times she managed to schedule back-to-back viewings, so we wouldn't have to make multiple trips down to Monterey Bay. When we finally found THE ONE, Olga made an entire experience of purchasing stress-free. She constantly took the time and effort to check-in on how things were going, both business-wise as well as personally, and we appreciated her attentive support throughout the entire process. Olga provided nothing less than superb service and we would absolutely use her again and recommend her to others in a heartbeat.
