Terrible service experience for me, they dont seem to care about mail arriving on time and to the correct address.Ive had many issues with my mail delivery service, they sometimes give it to my front neighbors instead since theres 3 complexes here where I live, I live in the back complex and they seem to forget luckily I have honest neighbors that give me my mail and it shouldnt be there job to do so. I have already put a complaint and the gentleman in the front said oh maybe you should contact the office of the business that mailed you the letter and let them know you never received it when I ha have proof on my USPS app that a picture was taken of my mail that was supposed to arrive on that day and showed him and he still said theyre is no way of tracking it and nothing he can do and I just need to wait and see if it eventually arrives or let the sender know to resend itit doesnt seem they care much about fixing or trying to fix problem because it happened again terrible customer service.

1st of all - ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Keeping in mind that the Post Office is part of the gov't (manage expectations), I would still have to say that while this office is slightly better than the main office on Post Dr, it is subpar even for a Post Office. I have had a few decent interactions, but many bad ones. The retail & passport staff are frequently very rude, and seem to get not only annoyed but frustrated & rude when you ask questions. As if it is the customer's job to know the ins & outs of the system and not theirs. Also, I have frequently been given inaccurate or downright false information regarding services & pricing. This has, on several occasions, resulted in me paying much more for sending a package than necessary. Additionally, I recently inquired about getting my passport. The lady at that window asked me if it was my first time and I said no, but it expired a long time ago. She gave me an extra form and told me I had to apply under the condition of a "lost" passport. When I reviewed the add'l doc, it clearly states for VALID lost/stolen passports only and that maki g false statements on that form was a crime. I called the US passport number, and they clarified that she was indeed wrong, and I simply needed to apply in person and leave question 21 blank (regarding your current/previous passport). The lady on the phone also did confirm that while it wouldn't have been a big deal or prosecuted, filing the lost/stolen from under my circumstances would be considered falsifying information. This was at the explicit direction of the Post Office passport employee - good job!
