It is such a shame that so many schools are allowing this company to provide absolutely horrible service and still take their money, year after year.  Last year we had the worst experience yet, with Lifetouch!  We received the portrait CD that is needed in order to add the school portraits and names into the yearbook.  It had errors (caused by them) on the student's names, so they said they would resend it.  After 2 of our volunteers called repeatedly and spoke to two different reps, they said they would fix and resend it.  And this went on for 5 months!  So long that we finally received it the next school year which meant our students didn't get their yearbooks until November of the following school year!  And today I am trying to get a hold of a human at their Prestige Portraits (senior portraits) division and have experienced nothing but frustration and dead ends.This company is a disgrace!!

My experience with them was at Pacific Grove High School. The employees they dispatch to the school aren't well informed on how their online ordering process works. Rudeness to children is not tolerated.
