The quote I received was very high, with very little detail. I assumed it included a new timer as we had discussed, since the quote was high. and I also expected my sprinklers to be tested and adjusted. I asked for more detailed quote. He said OK, but never sent it. We had arranged for a time to start, and he didnt bring the invoice. He forgot. Apparently the quote did not include a new timer. The work took three hours, and I expected it to take longer than 1 day per our phone conversation. David and his worker were in a hurry to get away, did not offer to walk me through the sprinklers or explain what they fixed. When I asked him to test them, he seemed hesitant but when he did several sprinkler heads needed to be adjusted and 2 replaced. I would say hes not proud of his work, nor thorough. Would not use their services again. They get three points for showing up, and replacing my valves, and clearing a drain for me.

We highly recommend Steinbeck Lawncare. David at Steinbeck was extremely knowledgeable, very fast in helping us with our sprinkler system and has very competitive prices in addition to saving us money by fixing our irrigation valves instead of buying new ones.
