Hi There –We are very sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience with this particular service call report resolution.  We do our best to provide excellent service every single time.  Our service manager has tried to make contact with you several times since the afternoon of Wednesday 12-7-2022 to discuss and apologize for the misunderstanding that took place between you and our service dispatcher. Our technician did not understand the urgency of you obtaining a condition report on your HVAC equipment since he was to return the following week and assess more HVAC equipment, as you had requested.  He was holding the initial report information until all of the HVAC units were checked and was planning on providing a complete report, not just a report on a single unit that he was able to initially check.  This was the misunderstanding. So, when you had called to obtain the report on the afternoon of 12-7-2022, our service dispatcher did not have the information on hand to generate the report for you at that time.  The technician was holding the initial report information until all HVAC units could be checked the following week, so that the report would be complete for you. After your phone call on Wednesday 12-7-2022, our service dispatcher was able to talk to the technician shortly thereafter, generate the report you needed, and then e-mailed that over to you before end of that day.Again, we do apologize for the misunderstanding and delay in providing the partial HVAC report you asked for.  We ask that you please call back at you convenience to discuss this in further detail with one of our managers.
