Very disappointed with their service! I was charge $200 for my wedding gown and when I picked up, it was still super dirty! I asked for a refund and the lady was super rude!! In addition to not having my wedding gown on the promise date because their machines were not working! I was expecting quality work for the $200 I was charged! Super pricy and not worth it! Would never return to them for a service! Do not recommend! Bad customer service!

It was a letdown to leave my graduation gown to Harden Ranch Dry Cleaners for washing. The gown was returned with apparent wrinkles and creases, and the color appeared to have faded. The service was likewise sluggish and took longer than anticipated.

I recently moved to the Salinas area from Southern California and am looking for new service providers for everything. I chose this dry cleaner primarily for location as it's close to my home and I am so disappointed. I use dry cleaners on a regular basis and I have never had my clothes come back with a foul odor. My husband's suits (two of them), dress shirts, and two blouses of mine all came back smelling like dirty water. I'm not sure why that would be the case, but it was awful. I paid over $75 for the service and have to say, that seems pricey but I would not have minded if the clothes came back smelling clean rather than smelling so badly. I will need to find another place as I'm not willing to try again. I would not recommend using this dry cleaner.
