First, Let me warn you DO NOT go to this office Diamond Dental or be seen by Dr. Rosales. This has been the most horrific experience I have had. I went to Diamond Dental because it was cheaper to get a root canal there rather then go to a specialist. I will NEVER make that same mistake again. I was in so much pain through the whole process. It was a very traumatic experience. Please save yourself from going through the same thing. Cheaper is not always better. I discouraged anybody to go there for treatment save yourself and go to a specialist or a better dentist.

I am so thankful I found Diamond Dental. The staff are all very nice and friendly. The hygienist and doctor are both very educated and take the time to look at your x-rays with you and show you what they see and what may be happening inside your mouth. Addie, the hygienist really does a good job at making you feel comfortable and instructing you on proper dental hygiene in order for you to succeed. I couldnt be happier with my dental visit today!

Im posting this to share my personal experience as others might have different perspectives of this place. Great friendly staffs. A lot of them speaks my language. Equipment look new and maintained. The place look sanitary and they follow PPE protocols. What I just dont like is the waiting time. Although they immediately call your name to be seated on the dental chair, I had to wait for almost an hour until the dentist performs the procedure. They tend to squeeze as more people as possible in one appointment slot. It feels like it takes 2 hours to be there for a 15-minute procedure. Luckily I wont make my appointment if I knew I would be busy for that day. Ive been pretty okay with their services until one incident where there was a staff who assisted the dentist. I noticed that the dentist had to teach her on how to hold the UV light to properly dry and harden my permanent teeth filling. Were staffs supposed to be trained to assist for this? This is one of the basics as a dental assistant. Sure enough, I overheard that they were understaffed on that day and had to use her to help out. I didnt get to ask if the person was certified to help out with patients since I wanted to go home after a long wait in the clinic. Im not sure but until this day I still feel uneasy about that incident. As per needed procedure, I had my permanent filling placed after trial temporary filling on my tooth due to pain from chewing. The dentist wanted to do root canal which i hate the most, so I wanted less invasive options. I didnt have any problems with the temporary filling, but I always have sensitivity with the permanent filling. Its just odd, it might just be my tooth. Ive been thinking about getting a second opinion from other dental clinics. Im just frustrated but I feel kinda bad leaving this clinic that Ive been going to for the past years. Overall, Id leave 3 stars for now.

I turned to Dr. Rosales after having a crown put in by another local dentist. I had suffered for two days after the crown was done. I couldn't take the pain any longer. I returned to the other dentist and was told that she need to refer me to a specialist. I was sent home in pain. I couldn't take it so I started calling around without much luck as it was after 4:00 p.m. When I called Dr Rosales' office they had me come straight over. She found that my crown was infected. She stayed late that same night and did a root canal. I went home not only grateful but pain free. I was so grateful to Dr. Rosales for helping me and not turning me away. Dr Rosales puts you at ease while being extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the latest technology. She always wants to make sure you are comfortable and answer all your questions. The doctor and her staff offer quality work at affordable prices. Also, thanks to Addie she has the softest touch. The front desk always greets you with a smile and are very professional. Thank you Kathleen
