La Paz Dental Care

Visited La Paz Dental Care and this Dentist's office is the best. The front office, the dental hygienist and especially Dr. Valencia are all very knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. They were very attentive and quick. We know that going to the dentist is not always fun but this office is so professional and I look forward to my next appointment

first off, the staff is unprofessional related to their communication skills and professional appearance. There was a lack of communication between the front staff and back staff with regards to the treatment for my father which delayed his treatment. and now let me move on to tell you about the dentist. Dr Valencia feels entitled to having VIP parKing making his patients move their vehicle if they park in a spot reserved for La Paz dental care clientel. he advised me that it was an agreement between him and the landlord so he did not have to look for a parking spot himself. he definitely has the Mexican dr mentality of entitlement, and no I am not racist as I am a Mexican myself but unfortunately this is seen often amongst many Mexican professionals.  I have worked for multiple dentist who own private practices and their number one priority especially in busy business zones, is providing good parking for their patients, lol not parking for themselves! very disappointing.

Do not take your children to this horrible place! Accidentally drilled my sons lip during a procedure and he was bleeding profusely. Did not even have the courtesy to apologize and had the audacity to blame my child. Oh and they also opened 30 minutes late. This place is a joke.

I've had Dental-cal on and off for some time. I could never get any of my dental work completed and had to wait months at a time at other offices. By the time I found La Paz Dental, I had to get major work done. They are very professional and treated me with great respect and kindness. Their office wasn't over-flowing with patients so I was given individual care. Paperwork was always completed and I never had any problems there. I sent a friend to their office and they completed her work quickly as well. I would highly recommend them.
