While en route to the restroom, I encountered an employee exiting, despite the presence of a sign indicating that it was "out of order." Seeking clarification, I inquired with another staff member, who affirmed that the restroom was indeed "out of order." Instances where businesses communicate conflicting information can impact customer loyalty. In this instance, such discrepancies may influence my decision to patronize this establishment and may be conveyed within the crafting community. P.s. Doors were locked.
