First off I did not like their customer service! I did not like their attitude and the way I was treated. I bought a dress from them for my daughters communion and I found an issue with a string coming undone. The attendant at the store tailored the dress and said the string wouldn't come undone anymore. about two weeks later I noticed the string came undone again and where the string came undone there was a small hole! When I asked the store clerk if I could return the dress the clerk pointed to a sign that read no returns and refunds. Now I'm stuck with a 100.00 dollar dress and my daughter is crying and I'm Pissed!!  I am not shopping there anymore and recommend nobody else does! Shop at your own risk!

THIS STORE DOES NOT DESERVE ONE STAR, BUT HAD TO IN ORDER TO POST MY REVIEW!!  I went into Kens Bridal giving the store the benefit of the doubt after reading the bad reviews. I was looking at Evening gowns and before I could even view the gown the lady of Asian descent comes speed walking up to me telling me to read signs and not touch any of the gowns. Come on the dresses are so tight in there how could you not view them without picking them out of racks to see them. So I responded back to her explaining to her that I was giving her store the benefit of doubt, but the reviews are I read are very TRUE.. SHE IS VERY RUDE ..

This store does not even deserve one star!!!! I went in here looking for a dress for my God-Daughter's quince. When I was browsing the dresses the lady working, I believe she was of Asian descent, was following me around like I was going to pick up and dress and run out the store with it. Finally, when I found a dress that I liked I asked her if I could try it on and she told me, "I don't know can you fit in it?" I was so appalled by her answer. She insisted that she measured me before I tried on the dress. She measured my chest and told me I could not try on the dress because it was not going to fit. Ladies I know I am not the only one out there that knows everything fits us a different way. I had no doubt in my mind that this dress was going to fit me. I work in the mall and every time I pass by this store I get so angry!

I went here about a year ago with a friend looking for a dress. They had a nice selection, but when my friend asked to try on the dress she was flat out told "NO, it's not your size, you can't try it." Now, my friend is a bit on the curvy side, but not HUGE- a tiny little girl about 5'1. So trying any larger sizes would just drown her in a dress too long. The woman had addressed her in such a rude tone, however, that we decided to leave. Fast forward to YESTERDAY. I decided to give this place another shot. I went looking for a dress for myself, and as I was pressing a dress aside to look at another I hear the same Asian woman yell to me, "Ma'am DO NOT PULL THE DRESSES, GRAB IT BY THE HANGER!". I was in no way "grabbing" the dresses, I wasn't ripping or tearing through them, I'm not a hyperactive teenage girl acting a fool in the store. I was completely offended. I then noticed there were hand written signs everywhere saying not to "grab the dresses". Well, I'm sorry, I didn't know I wasn't allowed to lay a finger on a dress that's already covered in plastic! Who ever knew dresses were more delicate than the fine glass or artwork you pass by at museums? I think they should have signs throughout the store that read, "DO NOT TOUCH THE DRESSES". I won't EVER be returning here again, simply due to the rude customer service. I can't even speak about their selection since I didn't even make it past the first rack in the store without being reprimanded like a child.
