Came to get my windshield replaced at 12:30 and they took until over 3pm to get it replaced. By the way there was only one customer I front of me.

What a bad experience in that store and even more so with the manager Javier, he has a very bad way of dealing with someone who is talking to him and according to him he says that he is not there to argue with anyone and in the end he ends up being that way and hangs up the phone when he speaks

Called in to get 3 windows replaced on my car and put a small deposit down but got the run around for over a week about the parts coming in. Eventually I cancelled my order because everyday I called in I got the same answer the place where we order parts said it should be coming in this afternoon Raul was a polite guy, not rude or anything but I wish he wouldve been straight up throughout the process. I depend on my car for work, kids, etc and not having 3 windows on my car for two weeks is a huge strain.

It's a little pricey here and the employees here takes forever to work on a vehicle! I rather drive my car to Seaside to Allen's Glass Shop!! They do a great job and extremely hospitable there.
