Overpriced. It seems like the entire complex needs to be remodeled. What really sucks is the new managers. They really dont take it seriously and take care of the tenants how they used to back in the day. They take days to call us back about maintenance requests. On top of that, recently our entire building, A-H(8 units) went without water for over a week because they werent on top of things.

Beautiful beautiful property very very clean quiet but a little bit confusing anyways overall it's great

The units there look nice. But the staff is strict. I wanted something done and they said we cant do it because we cant do it. Why would they also have electric charging spaces when no one even uses it. They did it to cut the park lot by two spaces. Even for one minute they will be pist off if a visitor uses the parking lot even though us tenants are okay with it. There is no room on the street. We had to walk for almost a mile to and from our car to bring in food from Walmart. If u dont want high price apartments dont come and stay here or else they will turn u homeless less than a year
