Arturo Contreras CPA was given my complete personal and LLC return on March 12, 2022. Today, my husband picked up our paperwork because he never did anything on them .I kept all my emails, phone calls and text asking him when they would be ready. He told his receptionist to tell me another week in June 2022, today July 25, absolutely no returns completed. He actually is a CPA registered in Chualar, Ca. Except he won't respond to any of your emails, voice messages and phone calls. How does someone stay in business, or even buy a business they can't run. Don't fall into his trap, he is so unethical and unprofessional. I will be reporting to the organization which issues this designation. Excuses like his wife just had a baby, he's working on it right now, can you pick it up next week? Really

Been a client here for years. Amazing! Wonderful staff. They truly have my best interests at heart and have saved me $$$ with their diligence. Frances and Arturo really know their stuff and they truly know how to value relationships. This is definitely my go-to tax professional.

Didn't have taxes ready when they said they would be done and made my friend have to wait 2 extra days!

Horace was nothing but helpful a couple years back ... helped me through some tax issues/concerns! And continues to be helpful! Very responsive by phone and email, along with knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend them and they work with you on a payment plan if you cant pay it all at once too! Great family business! I cant comment on the negative experiences others have had ... as Horace and his associates have been nothing but helpful to me. Highly recommend them!
