From the moment of my initial phone conversation with Socorro to discuss my interest in finding an authorized XPEL Prime installer, to her follow call a couple of days later to let me know they had opening if I were available, to the confirmation text, to the warm welcome and patient explanation of my options by Hope, I was pleasantly overwhelmed by the courteous, patient, warm and friendly professionalism of these two amazing sales representatives as well as the installation crew! They even worked with me and my budget by providing me with a discount for getting all of my windows covered in the heat protection! I cannot recommend this business highly enough! They even went out of their way to accommodate my social distancing restrictions and respiratory health issues leading to my inability to wait inside of their comfortable waiting room! The owners are very fortunate to have such an amazing staff; I've already referred two people to check them out to see if this business can do anything for their cars! I'm very pleased with the initial results so far, and I look forward to providing an updated review after the recommended elapsed time for the coating to finally set. However, I WILL ADD, I've already noticed a stark difference on the UV protection...I placed a pair of my transition lenses glasses in direct sunlight on my dashboard, and the glasses stayed the same, so I'm ever so happy, so far, with my investment! At the final inspection, Hope even recommended some further protection I might be interested in, so I'm definitely going to consider it!
