Window World of Greater Sacramento

I took a year to write this review because I wanted to see how the windows held up to time and the storms that we have had this past year. Todd and his team at Window World of Greater Sacramento did a fine job of installing 9 windows for my home in Roseville. The windows looked good, were of better quality than the original, reduced about 30 to 50% of adjacent road noise and has held up wonderfully to the several rain storms we have had--including the recent October 2021 record-breaking rain storm. Window World of Sacramento replaced 24 windows and 4 sliding doors for us and I cannot even rate them highly enough for the excellent job they have done. From start to finish, they were timely, responsive, and exceptionally professional. They were very punctual during the entire week of installation and Todd made sure that every install was done impeccably. Even when we spotted a few minor flaws afterwards, Todd responded to our request right away and fixed the issues quickly and effectively. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WW of Sacramento! If I could give Todd and Rene 10 stars, I would... Their service, pricing and professionalism goes beyond excellent! From the initial consultation to scheduling, installation and the final inspection, it was an amazing experience!
