A few years ago I picked up a nail, this Les Schwab was the first tire shop I came to (I've never bought tires from Les Schwab), I rolled in with my tire almost flat, they fixed it and didn't charge me. About a year ago I picked up a screw, I drove it to this shop, they fixed it and didn't charge me. I picked up a screw again today, I'm going to bring it in to them tomorrow morning. I wonder if they will charge me?

Jay, the manager is an exceptional person and works tirelessly to help out his customers, I came in for an alignment inspection and he worked hard to find the right parts to repair my truck. I highly recommend them.

Always great service and quality tires at a fair price! The after sale service is stellar. They have been my "go to" tire shop for many years. Never disappointed.
Another great experience with Les Schwab: Rainy day, flat tire, limped into shop on low tire pressure, they repaired flat and rotated tires for free. Found that I needed front brakes replaced (I kinda knew that and was dragging my feet). Despite a busy shop and no appointment, Jay and his team repaired my brakes and paid great attention to precision repair...no slap-dash work here. Jay is a great representative of Les Schwab and I truly appreciate his gracious demeanor, hard work with attention to detail; he also has a great sense of humor. Many thanks!
