Very nice staff,I unfortunately had a kitten that was born deformed and they humanely put the lil baby down for free since it's deformities were so bad.Thank you very much for humanely putting my kitten down for us

I would give this place s 0 stars of I could. I took my 14 year old fur baby to them on the 23rd of March 2024, in hopes that she would no longer have to be in pain and suffering from having cancer and old age. When I came in with her the young women at the front counter didn't say anything. We were no even acknowledged. I told them I was there for my dog to unfortunately have to be euthanized and that she had been struggling to breathe. I told them I wanted her to have a pain right away. They took me to a room and said they would give her pain medicine. They told me I couldn't go back there with her. She was back there about an hour and I asked at the desk did she have her pain medicine and where was she. They looked at me like I am being annoying or something. And snapped back that were short handed. I guess they were waiting for my sister who was on her way and she was paying for everything. Because when she came that's when they supposedly gave her her pain medicine. If they were not going to administer it right away then they should have let her in the room with me. All of the women that were working that night were all lacking in compassion or empathy or sympathy for myself or my fur baby. They all seemed very cold and a bit heartless, to supposedly be caring for animals. Also I don't even know if she was even given her pain medicine until the vet came in to euthanize her. I have called about 3 times about some clarification, and the women answering the phones at the front desk kept saying someone would car me back an office manager. But no one ever called. Terrible the way they treat people and their pets. I would never go there again with my other dog. And I wish I had had more options to take her that night, but unfortunately I didn't. And had to deal with such cruelty and mistreatment.

I brought my dog on for a neurological issue and basically booted us because they refused to accept the pet loan from Scratchpay. Not pleased with service with staff the ONLY EXCEPTION IS: Dr. Nichols-Execellent Veterinarian!! Harassed for a $15,000+, deposit for treatment while I'm on the phone trying to secure a care loan. Rude, over pushy for money, lack of caring, standing over & pushing for cash & talking over my loan rep so I couldn't hear them. Nasty. Plus just for bringing him in, was a $481.00 what a rip off!! I honestly feel that all they truly care about is Money, money, money. To hell with the clients & patients feelings. Just gotta get paid! Utterly Foul Behavior-Never again!! Additional to save face, I was called a day after asking how my dog was. Drove 284 miles to get the immediate treatment he desperately needed & surgery since SVRC refused us. Advised that SAGE-CAMPBELL has taken over his care & thanks for zip. Of course they want me to come back. Never coming back would much rather drive hundreds of miles for appropriate care with Dr's who truly care about their patients & their humans. Sage veterinary services ARE the BEST in My Book. 6 stars if possible!!
