Do not ever use this location it was terrible Jennifer kinkel helped me she didn't explain things well I was basically told nothing she said they don't do inspections they don't go over the contract it's not their responsibility I was overcharged for things because their records weren't accurate and I didn't do my due diligence and document everything before my trip started I will not use this location ever again if I ever use U-Haul again. This location and customer service representative left a very bad impression of the company in general.
