Over all great experience, extremely low pressure sell. The guys were really helpful answered all questions we had in detail and had all the vehicle history reports on hand and available for viewing right away made us feel very comfortable about the SUV we were buying they were not trying to hide anything about their cars they were transparent about everything. When it came to settling on the final pricing and details it was a very easy process we were done with all signing in 30 mins or less. We will be returning customers. If you are looking for a stress free car buying experience this is your place.

We came here looking at a very specific car we had seen online. The customer service we received from our salesperson was terrible. We actually liked the car, although they wouldnt let us test drive it without an appointment. Overall, bad customer service and we might have actually bought the car if the salesman had been kinder. Found a better deal and better service elsewhere.

During my visit to Car Expo Auto Center I was greeted and assisted by associate Matt. He was so very helpful and most importantly patient. Buying a new car is rarely a breeze, but he made my mom and me feel very welcomed and important during our shopping experience. There was also a great car selection on the lot. I'm glad I stopped by and we as able to leave with a reliable car.

Used to deliver here on the daily when working for fedex. I thought I could trust them. I bought a Ram, they had me sign over the carfax with a different carfax to get out of showing me the actual information. They had rolled back mileage incorrectly in the vehicle, which is a federal crime. Will take them to small claims and file with the investigation unit at the DMV. It pays to have a girlfriend who works at DMV. They tried to pinpoint the blame on somebody else. Tried saying the mileage report was done incorrectly twice on two different years. Hard to believe that story. I went to put diesel and DEF in the truck and it poured straight to the floor. You want to tell me that this truck went through any sort of inspection? The owner and or claimant who said they were a manager said he doesn't care what we do because his wife was a lawyer. This is the type of business they are running. We will be setting up on the sidewalk outside of their shops with signs, and flyers explaining to customers of what they do because it isn't right and if we do nothing they will continue to do it.. there is no return policy, and they charge you a $750 restocking fees even if you buy the truck and it's completely Fd up. Do yourself a favor, stay far, far away from this dealership. I can't express it enough.
