Save your time, nerves and money and buy new appliances that come with warranty. They don't treat you right at all in here especially after you get a problem with what ever appliances you buy.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. We went to This place to see if we can have someone take a look at my moms washer, lady said $20 to come out to look at it. We Set up an "appointment" for Monday at 1PM. My mom lost work to wait for this repair man to only show up 4 hours later !!!!!!!! I called multiple times and each time guys said and hour or 30min (got call logs to prove) guy finally shows up around 5PM. "Fixes" washer for $70, DOES NOT stay to see if washer works even tho my mom (with little English) tries to tell him to wait he leaves. 30 min go by the wash is not working, so l call the guys back he tells me he's going the next day at 2 PM. It's 3 PM next day so I call, doesn't answer, he calls me back and I tell him we just want our money back except the $20 since it is NOT fixed he says no no only $30 back for labor and part (mind y'all, was only there for the most 15 min previously). So I said NO we want our $50, keep the $20 and take the part. Continues to say no only $30, "let me check the machine and I'll tell you what it needs" I agree just to see if he can at least fix it asap, it's about 3:45 PM from this 2PM apt, but this guy LITERALLY says it's something completely different and tries to charge $130!!!!!!!! On top of the $70 !!!!!!! Like WHAT  ?! Do not get service from here!!!!!!

We bought a refrigerator for $700 it stopped working a week and a half later. They came to fix it but a week later its broke again and they are not answering. They ignore calls. Awful

I definitely do not recommend this place if you're looking for any appliances. I recently purchased a stove/oven from these people. When they delivered my appliance and hooked it up, to my surprise when I went to turn it on to use it a whole nest of cockroaches came out from the stove/oven. I was absolutely disgusted and angry. I addressed the issue with the staff and they wouldn't have anything to do with it but proceed to tell me the cockroaches came from my house. I was appalled that she had the audacity to even say that considering I have pest control that comes out every month. I was told that the owner would take care of this matter and to my surprise he did. So take this warning to not get your appliances from the store you will be absolutely sorry you did.
