I reserved a uhaul rental at this location for a move. They confirmed online and when I showed up for my appointment, the shop was closed. Uhaul told me they reached out to blue diamond for their holiday hours and they did not inform them they would be closed. Bad customer experience.

I recently took my Tacoma to Blue Diamond Performance for a full tune up, and I have to say I was very impressed with the service I received. First of all, Larry was able to get me an appointment quickly, which was much appreciated. When I arrived, I was greeted by Larry and his team, who were all really nice and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything they were going to do and answered all of my questions. The pricing was good, especially considering the quality of the work that was done. They were very thorough and didn't cut any corners, but they also didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. I appreciated that they were honest and transparent about the costs, The work itself was done quickly, and I was able to get my Tacoma back on the road in no time. It was running better than ever, and I could tell that they had really done a great job. Overall, I would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone in need of repairs or maintenance. Amazing and friendly customer service! All of the mechanics at this shop have impeccable knowledge! They also will go out of there way to make sure you are satisfied and that the job is done correctly and completely! Definitely recommend this place for any car service or maintenance that you need!
