        I took this course, did the online part and yesterday I did the on hands part, and let me tell you! The online is very easy very informative, beneficial, they show you videos and its very easy to understand. In my opinion and the hardest for me was the hands on! First part was ok I got it, but when it came to the Adult 2 rescuer omg it was hard for me to pass!! But I did it!!! I passed. So dont give up! You got this. I want to thank personally Georgia because when I called her, she motivated me and gave me some encouraging words and I really appreciate it and it gave me the push I needed so Thank you Georgia Right after they send your certificate and the e-card. Definitely recommend this course.

        Best way to renew my BLS. No wasting time in a classroom listening to someone talk and having to deal with a group of people. Just you, the mannequins, and a computer. I was in and out in 30 mins! The instructions for accessing everything were very detailed and easy to follow. I received my card immediately after completing the course. I highly recommend this company.

        I have used this company multiple times. It seemed to me the company changed the ACLS test this year and tried to outsmart themselves with difficult questions. Having taken ACLS 10 times before, I found the test unnecessarily difficult and additionally didnt feel like the questions even improved and solidified my understanding. Just poor honestly, and I do not plan to use this company again. The two stars is simply for the ease of being able to do this on my couch and then show up for 5-10 mins of compressions and rescue breathing.

      Thank you for your feedback Jeff. While we are an authorized American Heart Association Training Center, we unfortunately, can only administer the tests the AHA provides. The system does ask from the beginning if you are pre-hospital or in-hospital. The system then tries to gear the questions accordingly. Thank you for taking a class with us.
