Update 11/25/23 No call back. Although my instructors truly deserve five stars, the communication and information given is not exact. The cost and the difficulties in communication have been a challenge. I initially paid thousands. In total over 20k in debt now that they want huge payments from when you cant afford them. While the staff are pleasant, reaching Noel Lopez after a horrible encounter with Kimberly has been impossible. Holding credit over someone feels like a threatening tactic. Ive offered to settle and to do a reasonable monthly payment. They cant just pull your money monthly and the gold times to wait in the phone are very long. Instructors told me that if I was in school full time I could defer payment until after - this was not true and I cant drop my classes without affecting my GPA. If you use Furturo health MA degree is $2500 if you go through wellspace its free. Look up city collages you can pay around $1500 I'm still dealing with FASA debts despite being in full-time school, and UEI isn't supportive in facilitating lower payments or aiding further education. After multiple failed attempts to contact Noel, I've only received automated emails. I'd appreciate a better settlement offer than the current 45% reduction, which still includes excessive fees. It's concerning how this system burdens young, single parents with debt rather than aiding them. Business practices should be more considerate." After seeing the response I tried calling twice. Left a voicemail - no call back

The place was amazing to see but terrible service the person who was giving me the tour and talking me Dana Brown she ketp leaving and coming back i could get the filling that she was really trying sell me and putting me on the phone with the finical aid and leaving again .she was very much acting like someone who was just reading her questions off her screen no personal questions nothing just reading off a screen and moving on like a realtor felt very rushed she showed no compassion just someone who was trying get more of the poor people like me ,to get loans to be paying off for ever ..the manager even said loans and financial aid are the same and im like no because loans you have to pay back and financial aid you dont and me and my mom said okay will need time to think and she absolutely did not care she said okay so here the paper and said what size scrub is she and we can get her started like the school is in the poorest side of town that i live in and the school was almost 50,00000 plus financial aid said I didnt qualify they where over all very pushy no compassion in what they had to say they just wanted the money is what i felt and literally theyve been calling me none stop and Ive told them to stop and they went to emailing
