I called this company and spoke with Joe while searching for a telecom company that could help me with an unusual equipment problem. It turned out it was not something his company handled, but he nevertheless went way out of his way to connect me with someone inside of Comcast that was able to finally get the equipment issue worked out. I had been absolutely unable to get Comcast to solve my problem through the usual channels over and over. He didn't need to make that call for me, he got nothing for it, but I am eternally grateful for his willingness to help. Great guy with obviously great customer service.

Connected has done 2 jobs and will do our third next month. Installation of advanced cardkey systems, running of Cat6 to challenging locations with no aesthetic impact and will be installing our internal security system soon. Expert guys with strong on-time work ethic!

Charles and James were on time, courteous, professionals who did an excellent job for us. Although we in our home are fully vaccinated, they were mindful of the virus and did not assume that we were. We were very comfortable with them working in my home.
