        Called in and asked an associate by the name of Martin about fees. Requiring about the price. He told me it depends then gave me a range of $500-$600 and all I said was Wow to process my taxes? He stated yes and told me exactly like this ok gotta go . How RUDE? What you mad cause it is a slow season? Dont get mad at me. I just asked a simple question. The nerve of ppl. I am not used to this behavior from Jackson Hewitt . However I have never been to this location and I will not be a customer neither. So unprofessional.

        I dropped off all my paperwork and he said he would call me the next week and he did. I picked up the paperwork, paid him, and wrote checks for my federal and state taxes. It was all very simple. I used them last year and plan to use them again next year.
