I have known Kathy and her team for many years. I have not needed her tax resolution services, however, I have sent many folks to her who needed help and guidance to find tax relief. Kathy has given them nothing but sound advice, practical action, and the true meaning of tax relief with her skill set and integrity. She is a faith-driven woman who has proven herself repeatedly and is a gem I trust immensely. Look no further. Shes the real deal.

There are people in this world who merely talk and talk but dont deliver what they say theyre going to do. Kathy and her team are not such people. Their motto is to be clear, concise, and, most notably, honest. When an individual has a problem with the IRS, the stress level is through the roof. With Kathys gentle and ethical demeanor, you will feel shes reaching through the phone and wrapping her arms around you, you'll experience a sense of calm. Perhaps its Kathys personality being a 1000% faith-driven individual. And perhaps there is a higher power that is helping her and you. My support for Kathy and the team is not just mere words; I have the utmost respect for her. I couldnt stand reading the nonsense some people have said about Tax Tiger, especially as I read managements response. In each case, Tax Tiger did so much work for each of these individuals. Its unfair that in todays world, anyone can go online and disparage a person/company without the truth, facts, or consequences. This action is not right, and its not fair. If you or someone you know is having an IRS problem, do yourself a favor and at least speak to Kathy and then make an adult decision whether she is for you or notall the best as you navigate through these rough waters.

Not knowing where to begin, let me say I am very blessed to have been referred to Kathy Hill and Tax Tiger, by my very best friend who lived in Los Angles at the time, 5 years ago. She is not only amazingly knowledgeable, but a truly remarkable human being with a heart of gold who has a keen understanding of life's intricate situations. I would recommend her above all others for any tax need, concern or questions. As a 60-year-old woman who has had to file for many years, I have never had an experience with a rare jewel quite like Kathy Hill of Tax Tiger. Time spent with her will always be a wise investment, trust me!

I am fortunate in that I live in Sacramento, where Tax Tigers is located. I met personally with Kathy Hill to discuss my fiances long-standing tax situation with the IRS. I told her his story, including many years of trying to resolve his debt, unsuccessfully, with the federal government. He had hired tax attorneys, made/paid installment agreements, brought his current taxes current, etc., with no relief in site and the penalties and interest quickly multiplying. Following my meeting with Kathy, I was convinced that she would keep her promise to resolve his debt. Fast forward to today, we received the confirmation letter from the Internal Revenue Service, in which they agreed to finally resolve his tax debt. This is a game changer for us. Having the Federal Government/IRS in your daily life is stressful beyond belief. The endless paying, filing, calling to no avail, are finally over. Thanks to Kathy and Team for delivering on your promise!

Worst treatment ever by a company. To be laughed at and implied we are stupid and liars. Horrible customer service. Been dragging us along for 6 years every time we talk with anyone its another story. Been shuffled around from one person to the next. No one is on the same page. Get told different stories every time. We paid them a lot of money that has gotten us no where. They claimed in the beginning they could help us reduce what we paid the IRS. 6 years later we are out a lot of money and still where we started. No compassion understanding. Kim thinks our situation is funny. UPDATE: After speaking with Kathy, whom had to tell me 10 times she was the best in the country at what she does, they have come back and said that there is nothing they can do. If they tell you they can work a deal with the IRS they are Liars. Then we come to find out that is based on your income. That was never mentioned until 6 years later. They have misguided us in things with our current taxes and when addressed we got an oh well that employee is no longer with us. After talking with other Tax help professionals and the reviews from the internet we have found out that Tax Tiger has a reputation as just take your money and never following through with the plan they said they were going to do. Something that should have taken 6 months to a year to take care of has taken 6 years with no resolution. My husband is distraught and worrying me to his mental well being over the trauma he has suffered from this stress. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Tracey Steele
