I saw their optician. I had sat on my glasses damaging the frame. They were able to get the frame to be good as new. Replaced the nose pads. A week later, the clear plastic strip holding the lens in place snapped. The staff repaired that too right away. Great professional staff!!

Just had lasik done by dr. Maboudi and I have never had such a wonderful experience. I can not express how much gratitude I have for her and her team, they are truly amazing in every way. This is the first time in my life I want to give 10 stars if I can and they truly deserve it. From the front desk, to the assistants and dr in the back, you can tell they really love their job and the environment is so welcoming. I can see 20/20 now and thanks to dr maboudi, the quality of my life is so much better. I can not thank her enough for making me feel safe, have trust, and well, just see the world now. Thank you thank you. I highly recommend them!

I recently had LASIK surgery at Griffin and Reed Eye Care and I couldn't be happier with the results! Dr. Maboudi was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and confident about the procedure. The surgery itself was quick and painless, and the results were immediate. I couldn't believe how clear my vision was - it was like seeing the world in HD for the first time! The staff at Griffin and Reed Eye Care were all so friendly and professional, and they made me feel like I was in good hands from start to finish. Overall, I would highly recommend Griffin and Reed Eye Care and Dr. Maboudi to anyone considering LASIK surgery or any other eye care needs. They truly exceeded my expectations in every way, and I am so grateful for their expertise and care.

The optic department is impossible to get ahold of and once you get ahold of them, they aren't helpful at all. I've been trying to order contacts since last week and when I decided to go to 1-800 contacts, they denied my order saying that my doctor said the prescription is wrong. Save your time and your money.
