        Dr. Takenishi is a great orthopedic surgeon. He put my badly damaged shoulder back together with great results. I am gaining mobility in my shoulder after 10 weeks and looking forward to returning to normal activities. Thank you Dr. Takenishi and all your staff who are always helpful and pleasant.

        I was having a hard time getting my mom into an orthopedist who would see her for her fractured shoulder. This doctor's office got my mom into the practice within a few days! Dr. Takenishi has a great bed side manner and spoke to my mom with respectfulness. He answered all of our questions. Lydia at the front desk was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend Dr. Takenishi.

        We had our first appointment for my sons's torn UCL. As a collegiate baseball player, it was important to feel comfortable in Dr. Takenishi's practice. He was very kind and knowledgeable, and the staff were wonderful. We look forward to scheduling the surgery!

        I just had knee surgery with Dr Takenishi for a torn meniscus. I went into the surgery believing he would have to remove my meniscus due to how badly it was damaged, but Dr Takenishi worked hard and took the time to repair it, saving my cartilage and knee from further long term damage. He explained the procedure and what was done thoroughly and I cant thank him enough!

      Thank you Jennifer for the thoughtful review. I'm glad your son had a great experience at my office and look forward to helping him with his elbow. As a current team physician for the San Francisco Giants medical staff, along with my years of experience treating throwing athletes, I know how important it is to get back into their sports in a timely fashion. I also know how important it is for even nonprofessional athletes to get back into their sporting and daily activities. My hope is to expedite everyone's athletic endeavors and make sure everyone's orthopedic problems are addressed. I look forward to helping with son in the future.
