I LOVE THIS CENTER!!! I've been going to this center for Epidural Steroid Injections. It's probably been 10-15 years since I started going here. I love the staff and Drs. I've always seen Dr Parkinson. Every time I go the staff knows my name, they know my medical history without having to look at my chart!!! It had been a couple of years since my last injection and still the staff remembered me. Even ask me a couple of questions about my family and pets. By name!! Sorry if I'm rambling. I'm so happy I found this center. I've been on disability for about 15 years now. I don't know if I would even be able to walk without going here. It brings my pain levels down a lot. I just wanted to say thank you for all your great work!!

My doctors have been using this place to treat me for dozens of years. In that time, I have never had an issue. The staff is compassionate and attentive. People do need to understand they support several doctors in the Sacramento area. So, they have to keep a schedule to ensure appropriate care for everyone, but they care. Aside from a hospital, I only recommend PDTC

First let's start with the fact I was told of a $100 copay the day before the procedure even though a financial letter was mailed to me weeks in advance stating no financialresponsibility. Secondly, I asked the staff to call my ride 45 minutes in advance but noooooo they waited until I was in recovery to call then they kick me out 15 minutes later so now I have to wait in a wheelchair after having bilateral injection in my lower back for my ride! Poor customer service
