Ive made it my MISSION to pay my storage early . Come to find out they switched owners and took 2 months of my rent and now are saying i owe them for 2 months of rent i PAID. Waiting for my transaction statements now for proof but im very unhappy with how things are going.

Would 100% not recommend this place. Only needed the unit for a month which I let Naomi know when we first rented the unit, January 28th. Upon filling up the unit for the first time the door latch completely fell apart. Luckily they were able to fix it quickly without us needing to move to another unit. I called and left Naomi a voice mail letting her know we would be completely moved out by the 28th of February (which was when our month was up) and never heard back from her. Now I'm receiving a bill stating I have not paid rent even though I am not occupying the unit. AND of course I can't get a hold of Naomi because nobody ever answers that phone. Don't bother using this place for any short term rentals.

The door is locked and business hours state they are open yet they are closed. Attempt to call and the phone rings directly to voicemail.
