Excellent, comprehensive process to find the right shoes to fit my feet. They also didn't oversell or try to get me to buy things I don't need. Definitely will return!

Went in to use our Shop916 cards before they expired. My husband had a fitting with Caesar. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly discussed the different types of shoes. Caesar found a shoe that was perfect for a supinator (the Hoka Gaviota 5) and my husband is so excited to be in a shoe that feels more supportive. I had previously done a scan so shared my results. I stayed with the same shoe (Hoka Bondi 8). The staff members also made sure to tell me about upcoming events for the Women's Fitness Festival. We used 3 Shop916 cards and though they take a little more time to run, Caesar was quick and willing to put in the time.

EXCELLENT place to get you fitted into running or walking shoes. Staff spent couple hours 1:1 with my wife and I to make sure the best walking shoes for us. They will order if they don't have it. Seriously, I cannot see any other places can match this type of superior service.

I had a wonderful experience. As I entered the store I was kindly greeted and helped at the counter right away. I waited just a little but that was because I had an appointment, and I arrived there 20 minutes earlier. Miki assisted me. He is professional, kind, attentive, patient, and has exceptional customer service sills. He helped me to find the right shoes. I really appreciate his dedication and service. I am extremely grateful.
