The Lady there was very helpful. She went over and beyond to retrieve my package after I had given Her tha wrong tracking number. I did get her name but Thank God for HER!!!

Won't send me my package. Refuse to do their job. Lied about coming to my house three times, then lied to Dell about having the wrong address.

This is not necessarily for just FedEx in Sacramento although it happened in their territory and service area. FedEx says they delivered an electric bike worth almost $1,000 to my daughter who was home and they never got it. The photo was so close to a door that it was non-descript. Filed a claim, but they refused to refund the order, and said to go back to the shipper. Which I did, and was routed back to the delivery photo that the driver took. This musical chairs hand off went around for two weeks forcing me to contact a lawyer. Update - my laywer wrote a note to the parties involved after I wrote in my description to him that that was most likely the fault of FedEx (as they were the ones who last had the item, and that the driver probably was the culprit because of the suspicious photo and the fact that my daughter was home that day with no knock or ring.) I did get a refund after my lawyer's letter. I hope you don't have to go through all this for such shady service.

Not easy to get to but the staff more than make up for it! They were great and easy to work with!
