I rarely post reviews, but my experience today is worth sharing. Ashley was beyond helpful with a few packages I had to mail - one being overseas which had me feeling extremely overwhelmed. She was patient and kind through the whole experience and worked thoughtfully and meticulously to make sure everything would go through smoothly. She was knowledgeable and friendly the entire time and I left there knowing I have a new spot for my shipping needs. Thank you, Ashley!

I was very pleased and impressed with this very handy service. Jessica who helped me was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this new service in our local neighborhood.

I recently had an experience at this Raleys location that left me with mixed feelings. I've been a long-time customer, and up until my recent visit, I've always had positive shipping experiences here. During this visit, I encountered some challenges with the manager's approach to customer service. Instead of addressing my request for a receipt in a helpful manner, the manager's response came across as dismissive and confrontational. She said she couldnt provide a 6 print out that the location generally provides me due to the cost of the paper. I offered to pay for a few rolls of paper and she thought I was joking. This interaction left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. On a more positive note, I must mention a new team member who was extremely helpful. This individual displayed professionalism and competence, which stood in stark contrast to the manager's behavior. I believe this location has great potential, but it's important to ensure that all team members, especially those in leadership roles, prioritize a customer-centric approach and professionalism. I look forward to seeing improvements in the future and hope to have more positive experiences at this Raleys. Until their management is able to display basic customer service knowledge, I will not be returning to this location and thats a shame because coming here has been my routine for years.
