        I just made a last minute call to the E Stockton Blvd location and spoke with Alexandria and I am so glad she answered. Alexandria is an angel sent; she was not only professional and helpful, but she made an exception for me to come in, even though it was a last minute call.         I've been storing my things here for over 3 years. I get a call today from MARIA letting me know that she put in for a decrease of rent request and it was approved. I didn't even know they could do that. She has saved me $70 a month. Maria thank you so much. I have another storage somewhere else that I'm consolidating with this one.
