We had missing tiles on the roof, and some areas of wood rot Clark came by, evaluated the roof and gave us a quote. When they were all done, there were still missing tiles on the roof and areas of visible rot Their response, the contract was only for one part of the roof Overall a very incomplete job and I need to get another roofer My perspective was for Clark to do a complete job and in no way did they communicate that they were going to do an incomplete job, and vice versa The end response by Clark, if you don't like the job, I did I'll see you in small claims court Plus, when they were all done, they left a pile of eight tiles together on top of the roof, hard to imagine, but that is how sloppy they were Conclusion, cannot be trusted to do appropriate work. Cannot be trusted to tell you what is wrong and what is not Can be trusted to do sloppy work and leave a stack of a tiles on the roof. Service: Roof repair

Dustin and Drew and their crew tackled an enormous eave droop caused by insufficient support for a heavy concrete tile roof. My house was built in 1978 and replacement tiles are hard to find but they were successful! They cut off the 28 overhanging, sagging eaves, back to 8, used the salvaged tiles and found more matching ones to replace 50+ cracked ones all over the roof. They also replaced some underlayment as needed, and custom made a new chimney saddle and installed it. I am very happy with their work, and recommend the company highly. Service: Roof repair
