They deserve no stars but Im order to post a review had to give one star. The resident service manger and the building manager are ridiculous! They discriminate against those who have disabilities, they lie and take sides with other tenants who are wrong, they call elderly parents getting them worried and upset. Just because they are an emergency contact doesnt mean you call them for petty stuff! Learn the meaning of an emergency is! They also will give you a bad reference and tell a potential landlord/rental app negative things about you which is against the privacy law. They truly are a joke and glad I no longer rent with Cada.

CADA is a RIPOFF TO ANYONE HOPING TO SUPPORT A FAMILY MEMBER. When I agreed to provide a guarantor letter for my brother I let CADA know I intended to provide this support for one year, and then he would need to cover all costs himself. When I wrote to give them, and him, four month's notice, CADA replied that I was to pay for him IN PERPETUITY -- that the only way I could be "released" from the obligation is if CADA released me! Let me say that again for the back row: Never, EVER provide a guarantor letter for a resident of CADA -- like me, you will be forced to pay for an apartment you do not occupy FOREVER. Good Samaritans like me are punished for trying to help as best they can, and ARE PAYING CADA'S MORTGAGES FOR IT. This now places ME in financial jeopardy, and they are ignoring all my communication to resolve this. I tried to do a GOOD DEED and an now in serious economic peril because of it. DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING CADA SAYS. The organization is only interested in acquiring more property and filling it with people, while people like ME pay the price. I am preparing my lawsuit now.
