On Time Appraisals

After calling 6 different companies and leaving several messages with zero responses, Mike was the first person to pick up the phone and take the time to answer the questions I needed for my home purchase. He is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I used to be a loan officer (many many moons ago) and have been involved in a couple of different residential sales/purchases. I only spent a short period of time on the phone with him I can tell you that he knows his stuff and you are going to want to work with this guy.

I am so glad that I came across Michael's Yelp page while looking for a last minute appraiser who could remeasure the square footage of my home.Long story short, I was selling my home and the buyer's appraiser stated that my home had shrunken by more than 130 sq ft due to the new measurement that were in place as of April 2021. I contacted Michael to ask about his opinions of homes sq footage shrinking due to new measurement changes and he expressed that it shouldn't have shrunken by that much. I asked to see when he can come out to strictly just remeasure my house so I could prove it to the buyer that the house measurements were still the same if not, similar, even with the new measurement guidelines. Michael came out the very next day and measured my home and turns out the house is still at the similar square footage as written in the public records.  Again, I'm happy I found Michael because he came out on a short notice, assisted with only measuring the house, and got all of the needed documents and map drawn out to me by the end of the night. Thank you again Michael!

Michael assisted me with an appraisal and was very helpful and communicative through the whole process which I really appreciated. Michael was very helpful and was willing to work with our tenants' schedule to get access to the home for the appraisal. It was very thorough, appraised at a fair value, and delivered on time. Appraisal was done on time but I believe that he didn't do justice to how much the property's value should have been. The only explanation I got was the price was some 30,000 lower than the rest of the houses in Rocklin because of the street it was near...
