I originally listed my home with RedFin and had a terrible experience. It was my first time selling a home and the agent suggested a list price it way under value. It even caused my RedFin estimated home value to decrease accordingly after the RedFin listed it at the lower price (under market by 40k) and I could the price history change on their website. Very disappointing to see the drastic price drop. I even compared to Zillow and the discrepancy was ridiculous. Be careful of how much a listing can affect your estimated home value on their website! The RedFin agent also had me take calls to schedule my own showings which I thought was the normal process. After realizing what the RedFin agent had done, I cancelled my listing and started looking for a new agent. That's when I found Zafar with Help-U-Sell Capital City. He did his assessment and helped me priced my home correctly. Zafar was very helpful throughout the entire process and was very patient with me since I was a first time seller.
