My wife and I strongly recommend Taylor as real estate agent if you are looking for a right agent. When we met Taylor first time, we had the first consultation briefly. At that time, he precisely answered to our initial questions (e.g., current market, demand & supply, price trend, processes to find a house, etc.) and properly grasped what we were looking for and advised a few target locations because he has great communication skill and broad knowledge. Then, Taylor and we started trying to find the house together at 2022 April (i.e., a crazy timing of Sacrament housing market). We went to several houses with him to see if it is the one for us. At each house, he asked our opinions and stored our thoughts in his head so that he can consider them to the next house. He was also very patient. He never told first Lets go to next house. He made us look around the house until we were satisfied (even though the house was not our style) so that he can hear our feelings for the next house. When we found a house and were thinking about our offer price, he gave us a very good advice to decide the price. It is very reasonable & adequate and we still appreciate his advice (please ask Taylor if you want to know the advice). During our whole house hunting, we submitted two offers. The both offers were actually accepted by the sellers because we follow the Taylors advice to decide our offer price. The first one unfortunately could not be closed but we could successfully proceed the second one. At the second case, we needed to close all processes in very short period. For the tough situation, Taylor did great job based on his broad experiences & knowledge and we could close within that period. My wife and I discussed about why all our offers were accepted during this crazy real estate market in Sacramento. We ended up it was definitely on Taylor. As described above, he has great communication skill, talent to grasp clients needs, broad real estate knowledge, a lot of experiences, ability to read market & situation and many great advices. Indeed, we observed that the multiple houses he represented as sellers agent were closed within very short period (again it was a crazy market situation in Sacramento). We believe he is the best agent for both situations, buying and selling, in this region. Lastly, thank you very much, Taylor & his team, for helping us to find the house to us. Again, we believe he & his team are the best agent for both situations, buying and selling. If you have no idea how to find the agent for you, we strongly recommend you to have a brief talk with Taylor to see how you feel. You wont regret it for sure!!

Im sure they are really good real estate agents, however they dont know how to read. They keep leaving leaflets on our door step despite having a No Solicitation sign on our door. I wouldnt trust an agent who doesnt know how to read.

I could not recommend this team more. I was a trustee on a trust and didn't live in the area so had to do everything remotely. They absolutely took care of everything and kept us in the loop the entire time. They were sensitive to the situation and understood all aspects. Taylor was incredible, diligent, very experienced, and had heart.
