Jake has been our agent for several years now. We bought two properties with him, and just recently sold one. The experience was top level. Jake had his team ready immediately when we were done with the prep work, took high quality photos that showed the house to its advantage and then he efficiently handled all questions that came in. We were in contract within 2 weeks and successfully closed 14 days later with a cash offer. Jake also took the time to be an advisor to us as we were in a process of buying in another state. Truly a great relationship!
