Their safety manager Sonny was high on drugs right at the workplace. His eyes were just popping out. What can you say about a company where the safety manager is walking in the yard while been intoxicated? That's just ridiculous. I think their owner should take this into consideration. It's no joke. If their safety manager is not afraid to do it, then probably their drivers are doing same thing.

Called to get a quote, dispatcher says he is not the sales person, gives me a number to call Bob, Bob says they only deal via email, I explained to him the dispatcher told me he is the one that deals with it since I need a 5k psi mix with fiber. Bob tells me I just need a mix design number, I call the dispatcher again, give him the number and he tells me that for that mix I need to reach someone else. At this point, Im over it, imagine actually doing business with this company if something goes wrong. Youll have to make 5 calls by the time you get an answer, if you even get one. SMH

Horrible customer service. Asked a question about their concrete and the guys said, I dont know, Im not a salesman. I have other calls, call back when you figure it out If theyre this rude when ordering, imagine their service when they arrive on a job site or if there is a problem.
