        Over priced space rent and keep raising the rates. I think they cant read the meters correctly and over charge for utilities. Park management is highly turned over and always taking on more then they can chew. Water mains are always breaking and losing water at random every few months.

      Hello Erka, while we appreciate your taking time to provide feedback, we respectfully disagree on the comments. Space rent at your park remains well within market norm, and we were fortunate enough to maintain nearly the identical staff from before the change of operators in May. We train often in meter reading and proper billing practices. It is not uncommon for homeowners to feel the frustration of high utility costs in late summer (electric) and late winter (gas) bills are charged. But please understand that we bill based on individual usage and the going rates of those utility providers. In other words we are often just the "messenger" in these instances. Thank you for your understanding.

      We understand your frustration Debbie, but please note the park was re-assessed for property taxes upon transfer of the park, and the rent increase - while moderate - may not even pay for the increased property taxes. We understand this is impactful, and while rents increase like every other good and service, we are committed to moderation in our approach. Thank you for your understanding.
