He was able to quickly resolve what was wrong with the "paper jam" of my laser printer, which was because of one of the internal plastic slips not facing the right way. Friendly and excellent service.Also if you're looking for the place, it doesn't say "Refill Tech" on the sign outside. It's "Discount Ink and Toner" and it's next to Subway.

This place is just awesome. Very first time I went I got there 10 minutes before closing and realized I forgot my wallet. He was totally cool about it and filled the cartridges while I rushed back to my place for my wallet. It took me less than 5 minutes and he was done by the time I got back. It cos less than half of what I had been paying for canon ink and they lasted longer with no . I simply cannot find a drawback. More affordable, better quality, and superior customer service. I would much rather have my money support a hard-working small business than a greedy and destructive corporation.

Refilled my ink cartridges in just a few minutes. I would so much rather do my business locally..and help our local communities. I never will buy ink again

Great affordable place, good service! Highly recommend. It's very easy to go in and get your printer ink refilled and walk right out.
