Learning Pointe Christian Preschool

We have now been with this school for 10 months and we love it! When I say "we" I mean my daughter, my husband, myself, the grandparents, everyone! We started my daughter here when she turned two (at the time they hadn't opened up their infant space yet). We had a nanny before and as a first time mom you can only imagine the kind of mom anxiety I was having. They handled the transition so great! They helped us feel comfortable and most importantly my daughter. They also have small classroom sizes which I hadn't found anywhere else. This school is the best! The teachers and director are phenomenal we couldn't be happier!

As an early childhood educator i've never worked at a more positive and loving work environment. Every single teacher I work with is wonderful & the director Ms Vanessa is someone I can rely on as a mentor being that I am a young teacher, and can always count on her for her amazing communication. she makes every single one of us teachers feel appreciated, heard and comfortable. The environment as a school is wonderful, we get to educate and love these kids, and teach them about God and the love he has for us all! I highly recommend working or bringing your child here!

My daughters love it here. The teachers have great communication and they do a great job at meeting your child's individual needs!

Wow! I'm still a bit in shock at the conversation I just had with this business. I was very hopeful in enrolling my child into this program based on the positive reviews. However, upon calling to this school to inquire more about their program, the phone was answered by a not so friendly individual. There was screaming and yelling in the background and I was put on a hold so that she could address the issue. I do not expect perfection, as I'm an educator myself and I get that situations arise. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and continued to wait on hold. I made it very clear that I was new to this process and I am just trying to find the right place for my child. The gal was being very condescending and didn't want to give me her time. I guess I had mistakenly called it "head start" versus preschool but I tried to explain what I was in need of and searching for.  A simple explanation and chuckle at my mistake would've sufficed. As I am midway explaining a bit about our daughter and what needs she may have, I was hung up on. My call was never returned. I am disappointed because they have just lost a loyal client/customer. Being a business owner myself and an educator, I would NEVER want to enroll my kid in a place that lacked professionalism and understanding. I do hope that they take this review to heart and make some changes for the better.

If we could give this school 10 stars we would!! Our kids had been going here for 3 years and we couldn't ask for a better daycare/preschool. Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. It was wonderful seeing our daughter and son got excited about going to school everyday. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualized way. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment. Sadly, we recently moved away from Natomas, and our kids keep wanting to go back 'old school' instead of 'new school'. We know that it might take some time for the kids to adjust with this huge changes but it still broke our hearts to hear them talk about their friends and teachers at Learning Pointe all the time. If you are looking for an excellent daycare/preschool in Natomas area, look no further, send your child to Learning Pointe, I guarantee that your child is in good hands.
