        Michael Crooks is a talented and exemplary therapist.  He is a teacher of teachers. A prominent doctor in Roseville recommended him to me and I'm so glad he did!  We are so fortunate to have Michael in the area.  He not only is a McKenzie Therapist with expert skills, but is very efficient at helping one maintain their own pain free status once he gets you there.  The office is welcoming and Kelly has ways of fitting patients into Mikes schedule with mastery.    I'm a physical therapist myself and this place is truly a gem in the area.  So happy that I found Madison Avenue Physical Therapy to treat my low back pain!

        Great pt place!  Over the years I've gone to a few and Mike Crooks is extremely knowledgeable. He motivates with just the right level that is needed for my injury. His assistant is also super nice!  As I progress with this injury and it's determined I'll need more pt you can be sure I'll be going back!
