So, I used to take my one dog in for quick nail trim - OK. Then I took my big guy in for a full bath, cut, etc. It was an OK job, choppy. But, I know of atleast two incidents where dogs have got out of the salon which is unacceptable. One was lost over a day and finally found. The other, a friend whose dog got out and luckily her husband rescued her before getting hit on Elverta Rd. Are there more? This is a non-starter for me. If they do not care enough to fix their gate issue and add a secondary, reinforced closure and be more careful then they are in the wrong type of business in my opinion. Going elsewhere where I feel they are more professional and really like animals, which is another bad vibe I get there. Too bad, like to support local but just can't.
