Save your money and go with someone else. They cant stick to a schedule and the equipment they rent is unsafe at best. When there is a major issue with the equipment the blame you( our had a major at the top of the slide endangering any clumsy kids. We will not use them again and recommend you don't either.

I made a reservation with this company 8 days prior to the party the day of the party there was no show no call after finally contacting Q or whatever his name is all he had to say was sorry there was an emergency and I did not understand because I had a reservation made why was there no communication involved between the company and the customer He left us with out a jump house after the reservation was made very upsetting for my son considering it was his birthday Q said he would help find a company to get us a jump house he failed to do so he never contacted us back I've gone through this company for 10 years and to be treated the way I was was totally unacceptable on their behalf please do not use this company for the sake of yourself and your children or whatever special event you have

This place is horrible. Never again! The jumper was dropped off late and picked up before the time scheduled. And still had to pay full price.. "Q" you are not low at all and your service is garbage!
