I was 10mins late and asked to come back 6 weeks later. Then when I came in for my appointment, I waited 45mins, when I told them I had a meeting I'd be late for I was asked to keep waiting. Same rules don't apply it seems.
I haven't seen her but based on the reviews I am asking to be referred to a different ENT.

First appointment we had I didn't know when or where or with who because I never got sent anything. Today, my son's birthday, we had an appointment for 8 am. We get there and I'm told the head person made the choice to change our appointment without my consent and thought it was OK because they left a voicemail. Now I have to decide messing up birthday plans or keeping the appointment they so rudely and unprofessionally changed on us. I'm thinking I don't want them to make a dime from us. If we are nobodies to be disrespected like that then they don't need our business.

My son was brought in after being seen in the ER for an abscess in his left tonsil. It had already been drained once in the ER. However the pain didnt go away and he was advised to come back and see an ENT if this problem persisted. He did return and was seen by Dr. J, Blazun, she noticed that the Peritonsillar abscess near his tonsil had swollen again and was rather large partially blocking his airway and potentially rupturing the contents in his lungs. The antibiotics he had been given were not working and needed to be removed by immediate surgery that day. The operation went smoothly however my son had some complications post surgery and had to be taken to ICU. I cant thank the ICU staff enough and will truly appreciate their support, care and help throughout this difficult time for our family.Dr. Blazun, so kind and caring. Dr.Hansra, informative and clear explanations. Sutter ICU staff: the amazing RNs John with the BJJ skills, keep fighting and get that old man strength, in due time. Dimitri from Ohio, being a father and understanding meant a lot, extremely patient , RT Steve, absolutely kind and caring, Dayton like the rimsand countless other staff that saved my son. This post is no where close enough to truly express my gratitude. Thank you for your kindness and skills. From the bottom of my heart, I can never be more grateful for my God placing you in my sons life. I hope that you all read this because I will try to express it upon discharge tomorrowbut I honestly dont know if I could convey the words without breaking down. For all your hard and difficult shifts, thankless moments be sure to know that you all are incredible people and professionals. My son was already going to school to be a RN and I can only hope that he carries on the same care and compassion with those he comes across in his life.

Despite being under her routine care, Dr. Blazun failed to detect that I had a visible palpable cancerous thyroid tumor bulging out of my neck. I finally got diagnosed when I sought a second opinion from a different ENT literally one month after my last appointment with Dr. Blazun. I ended up having to have a full thyroidectomy. The cancer had spread to my lymph nodes. Dr. Blazun may be skilled in sinus-related issues but I definitely would not recommend her for thyroid-related conditions of any kind including a basic in-office neck exam. I shudder to think where I would be now if I hadn't taken it upon myself to seek a second opinion when I did. Dr. Blazun completely failed me.
