The front office is incompetent. I've been waiting since April to get an appointment for my infant son. It was in triage for months until I followed up and then when I did get an appointment, they canceled it a day before. I'm not even from the area so it was a huge inconvenience. They told me they would get back to me and I am still waiting.

Heard good things about this doctor. I would however recommend that if you are referred to him and wait the lengthy time to see him, that you make sure on the day of your appointment that, thats who youll in fact be seeing.

Not a fan AT ALL. We received a diagnosis, and then were told very very little about the condition (thankfully I had educated myself about it beforehand) and then told that we had to go to a different pediatric ent for treatment because while he does diagnose this, he does not treat it anymore. So why even see us in the first place!? It was clear in our referral why we were going there! Now we have to spend double the money and waste time going somewhere else! Also, he did a scope down a month old baby with NO NUMBING spray!! How cruel and barbaric. Never ever again. Not with Dr Evans, and not at SacENT.

Dr. Evans is amazing. I wish we could have seen him when my daughter was an infant. She had a severe upper lip tie and slight tongue tie. Breast feeding was a struggle and three professionals told me she didnt have any issues. When her teeth started coming in we realized the severity of her upper lip tie. Dr. Evans saw the lip tie and the tongue tie and recommended surgery for the lip tie. He was thorough and thoughtful and very patient with our 2.5 year old. Hes so great with kids! Dr Evans just performed surgery to release her upper lip tie and it was a great experience. I cant thank Dr Evans enough! Im so sad hes semi retiring and hoping hell still be practicing when we have baby #2. I only trust him with tongue/lip tie diagnosis. If youre a mom struggling to breast feed have your baby checked by Dr Evans. He will be able to diagnose if there are any problems.
