Front desk was very quick, efficient and friendly. Was seen right at my appointment time. Provider was friendly and listened to me and let me know what I needed to do for follow up. They pay for your parking in the parking garage. Overall a great experience.

If you are using State Compensation Insurance Fund or probably any Worker's comp GO ELSE WHERE! CHOOSE SOME OTHER PROVIDER FROM THE MPN NETWORK. These people messed up my paperwork and for over a month I could not get the care I needed because they couldn't do 1 simple task. FAX THE REQUEST AUTHORIZATION FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY. 5 WEEKS!!!! They 1st sent me to urgent care because as the other review noted they are weeks behind. Urgent care never sent the paperwork to us. I schedule my therapy appointment with Sutter PT that was out of appointments for a whole week. The week comes and I get a call in the morning saying they don't have authorization and can't care for me. I call the Worker's comp, they say same thing. Nothing from Sutter. I call sutter ooops Urgent care never sent us your paper work you have to come back and jump start the process. We are the only ones who can give you authorization for PT. Then why in Oliver Bernard Johnson's name did you send me to urgent care? So I wait another week for a jump start appointment. Believe me when I tell you that it's been 2 weeks and still not faxed. Covfefe!!!!

I go to physical therapy at least 2 times a week. The therapist, Terri A. really helps you in exercising and stretching. The PA, Karla P. is a really good PA to see. I sure do recommend that place.

Front desk was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. If there's discrepancy between customer's appointment time on their employer's notice and what's in the computer system, staff was supposed to tell the customer when they signed in, not after being approached by the customer after a loooong wait! By the way, if you have small veins, DO NOT COME HERE FOR A BLOOD TEST.
